Non-Consumable Returns and Refunds
We highly value your patronage. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you're welcome to return it within 30 days for a full refund of the original cost. Items must be unused, unopened, fully operational, and in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. Upon receipt, all returned merchandise will be inspected. If the item does not meet the outlined criteria, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or credit.
No Refunds on Coffee and Tea
Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds on coffee beans or tea. However, if you're not satisfied with our brews, we're eager to find a solution. Please reach out to our Customer Service Team at fredcoffeeroasters@gmail.com for assistance in placing a new order.
Incomplete, Incorrect, or Damaged Orders
If you encounter any issues such as missing, incorrect, or damaged items in your order, please email fredcoffeeroasters@gmail.com. Our Customer Service hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. EST. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
