DOMESTIC SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S

Complimentary Shipping We provide free shipping for all domestic orders exceeding $25, although this does not cover expedited or international shipping, nor e-gift card acquisitions.

Roast-to-Ship Process

Fred Coffee Roasters, LLC is committed to delivering the freshest coffee. We roast and dispatch each order within 24 hours of roasting, shipping through UPS and USPS from Monday to Friday. Note that these carriers observe most U.S. holidays, which may impact delivery times. Carrier Information We rely on UPS and USPS for our shipping needs.

Updates on Delivery Estimates

We typically use USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground for standard shipping unless chosen differently during checkout. For military addresses and P.O. Boxes, we exclusively utilize USPS Priority Mail. Although UPS and USPS are generally dependable in terms of tracking and customer support, we cannot assure a precise delivery date once an order departs from our warehouse. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

For orders outside the U.S., we utilize UPS Express Saver for shipping. In our experience, UPS offers superior tracking and customer service. However, once the package is handed over to UPS, we cannot control transit or customs delays. We do our utmost to ensure you receive the freshest coffee, but cannot guarantee a specific arrival time. Please note that international orders over $40 are not eligible for free shipping. Customers are responsible for any additional import taxes and duties.
